「When we went to check in they only had one of the rooms we booked. My brother got a room with two twin beds. The TV's in both rooms didn't work. Both of the rooms were obviously smoked in and they smelled terrible. The door on my fridge was rusty. We saw the rooms at 8pm. We couldn't switch hotels so we stayed the night. They did try to fix the TV's but nothing worked. In the morning we told them we couldn't stay the second night. We asked for a partial refund. He said to go through Expedia....

「By far the worst experience I have ever had! My husband I were in town for a wedding. Booked this place because it was within minutes of the venue. Photos online are very deceiving! We arrived around 11 pm. Got checked in ok. As we were walking up to our room. The hallway was quite questionable… dark, dingy, & when you look up at the ceiling there is exposed piping all throughout.
