「Room was spacious, had a king bed, couch and desk area. Front desk girls were very helpful with printing my boarding pass….old school, would never find it on my phone. Lots of restaurants in area. My only complaint is the toilet is very low. Hard to get off of after knee replacement, advised to put grab bars to help get up.」

「We arrived at the Hotel at 4:00 pm to check in, and they informed us they were overbooked and could not honor our reservation. They arranged accommodations at a Holiday Inn off the expressway 25 minutes away. They said there were several other guests who were also bummed. How does this happen? The Hotel Room rate at the Holiday Inn was $134 a night. I prepaid $353 for our reservation. Now they are refusing to provide a refund. We chose this Location because we could walk to the event we were...

「部屋の鍵が壊れていて 1時間近く部屋の前で待たされて、結局 部屋を変えることに。 ディスカウント処理をすると言っていたが口だけで何も無い。 ホテルのゴミ箱はゴミが溢れかえっていても ホテルの従業員は遊んでいる。部屋の壁際は虫の死骸だらけ。換気扇は壊れているし バスルームの電気は2箇所壊れて薄暗い。二度と泊まりたくない。」
