「The staff was welcoming and very friendly and attentive. They really go the extra mile to make you feel special. The property and rooms are beautiful and the one meal we ate in the restaurant was exceptional. 」

The in house restaurant was very good and the spa and all the facilities and amenities attached were above par My only complaint was that the pool is on the small side and can get crowded and the hydro massage chairs (planet fitness style) usage entails an additional fee of $40 per twenty minutes Other wife we were very satisfied and would recommend a visit」

「日本人には知名度が低いCalistogaにある素敵なホテル。 広大な敷地の中にコテージが並び、カリフォルニアならではの素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。 客室の設備、快適さ、スタッフの対応等、さすが４つ星だけあって大変満足出来ました。 ミシュラン１つ星のレストランも雰囲気が良く、とても美味しい食事を堪能しました。朝食はルームサービスを頼み、パティオで清々しい朝食をいただきました。 一面ぶどう畑の中を毎朝サイクリングしたり、パディオでのんびり過ごしたりと、夫婦２人で最高の贅沢を味わい、是非また訪れたいと思いました。」

「the executive suites are fantastic! Very large and spacious!! Bed was comfortable. Shower head pressure not the greatest but every other amenity was perfect. The Spa is the best!!! Food options are very tasty & plentiful at Alexandria's. Customer service was good throughout the hotel but the early morning staff who work the front desk should do better at greeting customers. 」
