"From the check-in to the check-out, the staff was so accommodating for me and my pets. We stayed on the historical side of the hotel, which was lovely - only downside was the AC didn’t flow the best fully into the unit but that’s to be expected with historical rooms. The room itself was very large and had a kitchenette. Would absolutely stay here again!!"

"Toilet was broke in room for 2 days. Sinkbwas broken also 1 day. Shower had no hot water 2 days. Room smelled like cat pee. Elevators takeb5-15min ea time you need 1. On checkout day it took 30 min. There didnt seem to be much concern about the condition of tje property from staff. "

"From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the staff is amazing !!! The room was perfect for two people stayed in the king room on the 18th floor got a nice view of the city. The hotel is located in the center of Times Square perfect walking distance to everything and easy to catch trains anywhere else you would want to go. Would definitely stay here again "

"Had checked out early with refund the previous due to unexpected ( very) loud construction on the hotel. I unfortunately needed to stay another night in nyc and the hotel was listed for £1 on Expedia so I just booked in again just for ease to get to PABT. Bathroom drains in every room I’ve stayed in are very slow. Housekeepers start knocking on the door from 9:30 ( check out is at 12!) It’s a very good hotel but needs to work out some issues because it is very large with a huge customer turnover. "
