「This place was terrible. Paint peeling off the doors & walls, mold in bathroom, sink didn’t drain well. When my spouse took a shower, they couldn’t get the water to shut off, plus the tub wasn’t draining. Had to call someone because the water ran over the tub all into our room. They couldn’t get the water off & had to use a wrench. Used our ice bucket to dump water from tub into toilet, but the damage was done. We checked out right away. No apology was given either. STAY AWAY from this...

「Nice hotel, helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.」

「Property was in a great location, easy to find and host was accessible. Would have liked some information on restaurants that were closed in the area as many were closed (not the property owners fault). Multi-leveled dock with several choices of chairs. Had to end our stay a day early and host was very gracious/understanding.」

「Cozy and what was needed.」

「The property appears to be a brand new build. It was spacious and comfortable for our family get together. It is in a quiet neighborhood that was perfectly located for our needs.」

「Excellent place and enough space for group of 8-12 people. Everything is great except for one thing.. the couch in the living room is kind of dirty. We had a great time there.」

「The house is beautiful and cozy. The host was amazing helping me with some stuff.」

「We stayed for one night at this great property - everything was clean, bright and well maintained. The property owner was great and we would return!」

「Everything was as advertised. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a family event, so we didn't have the opportunity to use the beach access, but we did walk over to it one morning, and it's an easy 2-3 minute walk. Would definitely recommend!」

「Great home, accommodated three generations of family members for reunion. On suites are best feature so accessibility is good on main floor. Lots of fun things to do. Plenty of dining seating for 20 plus people. Only concern was outside grill only one burner (left) of three working properly and needs work, needs good cleaning.」

「Enjoyed our stay with the family at Paradise point Kids loved the pool, kayaking and green spaces ! We already booked for next year . Thank you Derrick」

「We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and home. It was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. We will probably stay there again.」

「The place had that WOW factor. Our host was great in making sure our stay was top of the line.」

「You really can't beat the price, and it was in a quiet part of a quiet neighborhood. However, the home and some of the fixtures and things around the house seemed to be in need of some repairs. For our family we were able to make things work. We had two adults and five children (two were teenage) and we were able to more or less enjoy having a place to call home for the weekend.」

「I can't say enough good things about this place. The most well appointed VRBO kitchen I have ever been in. It has every type of cooking apparatus you could possibly want. I wish it had not been a 130 degrees outside and we could have enjoyed the outside a little more but I can tell you the A/C works great:) The communication was amazing. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway with the family. It is pet friendly but, you can't tell that there has ever been an animal in the place because...
