"Really nice hotel with great rooms and facilities. Lovely breakfast. Convenient and safe and close to the Charles Street Trams, which is why I booked. The only downside was something they couldn’t control, really: my neighbours played their TV full blast till 4 am so I got no sleep. Otherwise it is awesome and even has cats!"
