「We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service.」
