「The room had a smell in it and I had to keep the door open most of the time I eas there just to breath. After two days there I had to go to a doctor who told me I had come in contact with mold sbd had a respiratory infection because of it. 」

「The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. 」

「You can't expect luxury at this price point, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this'll do the trick. I didn't personally have any major issues with my room, and the staff was kind and surprisingly alert considering how late in the night I arrived!」

「The pictures are extremely misleading. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. One of the blankets had a whole in it. There was a face towel left on the shower curtain rod. It smelled like smoke. The floors were peeling. The walls were damaged. I wouldn’t even invite someone to come see me and sit in the parking lot. I kept checking my vehicle to make sure it was damaged because of the other guests. It looks like a place you go to have shady dealings. Not judging but looked like it was full of...

「The hot water only stays on for about two minutes and then turns completely cold, making it difficult to shower. The beds are also very old and extremely squeaky, which makes it hard to rest. In addition, when we turn on the A/C, there is an intermittent low vibration noise that keeps coming on and off, and we cannot figure out the cause.」

「Rooms and public areas were clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. This is a bare bones facility with low end fixtures. Good for someone looking for a clean economical lodging. 」

「I couldn't find the gym, the breakfast was a couple of waffle makers that did not work properly with staff that came in to yell at you when it beeps, some cereal, oatmeal packets, and apples. There were people harrassing patrons outside trying to bum things and the hallway had people out after midnight being obnoxious with no staff in sight. The only real interaction from staff was to basically ask "are you done yet?" in the form of "are you checking out?". They are stingy with towels and the...

「I didn't see a gym, but it's in the middle of downtown shopping centers 」

「The staff were all super kind. However, the first room we were assigned smelled like a wet dog and had mildew on the curtains above the AC and in the shower. We were changed to another room and it was ok, but the AC unit was black in the vents, the shower had absolutely no water pressure, and there was a big stain on the carpet that looked like it was wet. The hotel isnt well kept at all. 」
