"The accesible room was not very accessible. The shower is not a roll in shower, you still have to step over the side of a high tub. There is no shower seat, no sprayer head that comes down and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are hanging too high to reach by someone seated. (We went and bought our own shower seat). Room was ok. Paint was patched in a lot of places. Only one elevator so sometimes there was a bit of a wait. "

"Still under construction. Beautiful rooms. Most staff was helpful and pleasant. Dining facilities are not up to standard. Many items on the menu were not available. I left one restaurant after being told 4 times that my selections were unavailable.(Sorry, we are out of ...) I went to the other restaurant, ordered a BLT. After waiting a while, I was told there was no sliced bread, but they could serve the BLT on a bun. I cancelled my order and left."
