「During my recent stay at Seven Clans Hotel, the fire alarm went off repeatedly between approximately midnight and 2:00 a.m. (around midnight, 1:00 a.m., 2:00 a.m., and several additional times in between). While I understand that alarms can malfunction or be triggered accidentally, what was most concerning was the lack of communication or direction from hotel staff during the situation. At no point did anyone provide instructions such as asking guests to remain calm, exit the building, or...

「The hotel was a little dated, but what really impressed my is that I actually left my wedding ring in the room after I checked out and called the front desk and the deskperson was able to locate it for me. So a special thanks to that guy!」
