"The rooms never have towels this been going on for months , they say they have a towel shortage depending on who is working the front they give towels if the room has none!! Jasmine the front clerk is the BEST! Always so helpful "

"Lighting was very dim, all bulbs weren't working. Water pressure was very weak and hot water never got hot. Room smelled bad. Vending machines were empty. Will not stay there again and will not recommend. Room was significantly overpriced for what I received."

So I asked him at the desk to make sure there was a working heater in room even tho he was super rude already.. the heater broken. The phone broken. I had my privacy tag on door when I got back from ice machine maid was smoking in my room said our room was cancelled.. I want my money back "
