「Clean rooms, and the staff was really helpful.」

「Disaster from start to finish! Checked in around midnight with my dog and a family member's 2 dogs. I told the front desk clerk the 2 were leaving - their owner was meeting me to get them. While unloading my vehicle, the clerk and some man I'd never seen comes beating on my door saying I needed to come to the office. They then accused me of lying about the dogs - keep in mind I had JUST told them. When I turned to get my purse and room key to go to the office, there was a BUG crawling...

「Lady at the front desk was rude! Then I get to my room ready to settle in and finish some work but realize that I now have to leave and go purchase shampoo and soap due to this establishment not supplying! Room had a smell. Pillows flat.」
