気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a very strong animal odor, and the room did not feel clean or well maintained. Although we understood we were assigned to a pet-designated room, that should not mean the room smells overwhelmingly of animals. If anything, those rooms should be cleaned even more thoroughly to ensure guests are still comfortable.
The bathroom also had issues, as water leaked out of the tub during showers and soaked the bathroom floor each time. In the hallway, there were bugs around the AC area, and the stairways and carpets throughout the property appeared dirty and poorly kept.
We also noticed stains on the bed sheets, which made it difficult to fully relax during our stay. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel did not meet expectations.
I do want to mention that the staff members we interacted with were very kind and pleasant, which honestly made it difficult to even write a negative review. However, despite the friendly service, the condition and cleanliness of the hotel were hard to overlook. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the property for future guests.
