"This was a perfectly acceptable airport hotel. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I will say that they advertise an airport shuttle, and I don’t know if it was just when I was there or not, but they didn’t actually have a shuttle and instead called me a Lyft both for my ride to the hotel and back to the airport. Essentially the same service, but if that makes a difference for you specifically."

"We booked this hotel late in the evening after a day of delayed flights and our original accommodations elsewhere were bust. The staff was wonderful. Lobby, hallways, vending area, elevators etc were all very well lit, organized and inviting. Room was clean and the bed and linens were extremely comfy. Since we checked in close to midnight we asked if there was any possibility of a late check out and we were accommodated far more than expected. We will hands down book this hotel next time we are in the area."

"The staff were genuinely very helpful and provided excellent service. We were able to park our car for free. Considering the price we paid, it’s hard to complain too much. In my opinion, the hotel management has done the best they can within this budget range, and there were even a few nice little surprises in the room. The room was a bit damp, and the air conditioning was quite noisy other than this staff was so helpful."

"We booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle. The drop-off was fine. The pick-up was terrible. We waited an hour for pick-up and the shuttle never arrived after a few calls. We ended up getting a taxi to get back to the hotel to pick up our car."
