"Nice hotel with excellent professional staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Special thanks to Miho Tanaka for assisting us locating and shipping the precious item that our son left behind in the room when we checked out. "

"Our room was not ready for people upon checking in. Large, visible CLUMBS of dust through out the room and light fixtures. The tatami mats in room were messed up due to other inconsiderate travelers. There was visible damage on the ralls and "sofa". There were also visable "stains" on door inside the toliet room. The Breakfast buffet was always cold, even when it had been open for 30 mins. The food was subpar. The management was quick to remedy our situation, however I would not recommend staying here."
