"We enjoyed staying at The Blossom Kyoto. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Having access to laundry facilities was a huge plus and not expensive. Snacks and drinks for most of the day was also convenient and welcome at times. We would highly recommend staying there. "

"Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kyoto. We were visiting Japan for the first time with our 9 month old son and the stay couldn’t have been better. Our room had a microwave and washing machine which is super convenient when travelling with kids. Room was also quite large for Japan and the free coffee was a great bonus. "

"I originally left a Less than satisfied review because of the very firm mattress, but the hotel was pretty great so I feel the need to change it. The service is amazing. "A beautiful hotel with a great rooftop bar and morning coffee area. A 15 minute walk to the Gion area. If going to use the subway it is a 20 minute walk or a 3 minute walk to a bus. We found taxis and walking was the best way to get around. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel is in a great location and was very clean with attentive staff. The bed was comfortable. The sitting area in our room was a nice perk and there were additional sitting areas in the lobby. Cute book area in lobby with free water and hot or iced teas was also a great perk. I did not like the large step up into the bathroom and the lack of handrails on the stairwells. For safety, please install handrails on the stairs. "

"This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The reception area was beautiful, with 2 restaurants nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
