"Great location for getting around Kyoto straight across from Kyoto station and right next to Kyoto Tower . Friendly and helpful staff made check in and early bag drop an easy process. Rooms were decent size and clean with modern facilities and styling. Nice quiet hotel. Would definitley recommend for anyone looking as Kyoto for a base for day trips out to Osaka , Hiroshima and surrounds. Would be nice if they had an Onsen facility but for the pricing it’s hard to find fault with this hotel. Would happily stay again. "

The hotel enjoys a prime yet peaceful location, just a three-minute walk from the JR station, with multiple bus routes nearby. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located downstairs, with several dining options close to the hotel. The room was impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable throughout my nine-night stay. With very reasonable pricing and outstanding overall quality, this hotel offers exceptional value for money—surpassing many properties around Kyoto Station in both comfort and experience."
