「I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning and made the experience even more memorable.

「The beach and overall vibe compensate alot for the negatives. Mainly, the facilities are quite worn down. The buildings all need refreshing. Food in asian restaurant was average at best the other restaurant "feathers" was much better.
Great place to just relax and get away but for what they charge they could offer more.」

「You will not be disappointed!! Everyone is very polite, happy to see you at any hour, and will get you whatever you need. The food is excellent at all the restaurants. The rooms are clean and the beach view is amazing. Even on red flag days we had a great time. And the entertainment daily as well as nightly is well planned.」

「We travelled with a toddler and the stay was really good. It is indeed all inclusive, but we experienced a hiccups with in room service like getting drinking water and cleaning. Otherwise the amenities were amazing and I would recommend the resort to anyone with kids for a relaxing experience. Staff in the lobby area was really helpful with booking excursions and exploring Jamaica.」

「The property on the Lady Hamilton side is very nice and there are tons of amenities and the beach is very close by. The rooms are large and a bit dated, but they do the job. The only drawback I would say with this resort is that the staff don't seem to be aware of a lot of what's happening and they don't inform you of the different amenities that are available to you so we found out a lot of things towards the end of our trip. On check-in we did not get the information regarding the hotel...
