「This hotel was not as Jamaican friendly/ catered much for authentic Jamaicans based on my experience. As an authentic Jamaican back home to vacation , the food was trash! Unfortunately that is what I was looking forward to the most. The beef served one of those nights was so tough, oh my gosh! Customer service for the most part was good. A young lady by the vegetarian bar was rude one day, not in what she said, but with her tone, and mannerism. It is good that the hotel has many activities...

「Great pool and amenities! Fantastic food options!! We loved our vacation at the Grand Palladium Resort in Jamaica.」

「We really loved our stay. It’s probably not for everyone, but we very much prefer the cozy size of the property and laid back atmosphere. If you are worried about walking across the street to beach, don’t!!! The crossing guard is always there and it’s a quicker walk than most big resorts to get to the beach. We can’t say enough about the staff, they were phenomenal. Bartenders-Cash, Nadine and Gerald. Wait Staff-Christine, Claudette, Jason, Tamika and Francois. Beach crew-Kevon and Jovaine....

「I would not recommend this property. They are currently under construction in the main reception area. Our room was just ok, the sink was stopped up and it took 3 calls to the front desk to have someone come and fix it. Also a light fixture fell off the wall and almost hit my son in the head. We also lost power on our first night there-which also took several calls to the front desk before it was addressed. The food was just ok but expected more from a so called quality resort.」
