「Nice Please ! Would give it to Stars but the water pressure in the Shower was not up to PAR at times.」

「Booked a 7-night stay but left after 2 nights due to poor conditions. Upon arrival around 6:00 PM, there was no running water. Had to shower using an outdoor faucet at a neighboring resort. No towels were provided in the room upon check-in. When water service resumed the next day, only cold water was available. No on-site dining options despite being advertised; claim of “construction” appeared inaccurate. Pool was not working (green with algae). Very low occupancy (around 3 guests...

「We enjoyed the fact that the rooms were serviced daily by the housekeeping staff, breakfast was served buffet style daily with a different main dish, and the fact that we were literally feet away from the beach. Did I mention how delicious the breakfast was. Negril Tree House is gem, we will definitely be added to the returning guest list.」

「The lack of glass windows to allow sunlight into the room is very undesirable. The Jamaican breakfast was never available, so clearly there is a lack of proper planning to serve the guests. The staff was generally friendly, but the overall experience is not worth the price.」
