「Absolutely loved my stay and the staff was wonderful」

「Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. 「Great place to stay!」

「This stay was very disappoining compared to my previous stay. Our room door didn't properly close. So you have to remember to push or pull it. Paint peeling off wall near sink. Shower door didn't close. We spent two days without hot water and was told everything was fine. Food was so blah.. Same thing every day for breakfast. I paid for private dinner」

「Keep up the great work」

「I liked everything! Freendly staff, the beach a paradise. I will come again!」
