「They are still recovering from the devastating hurricane. There are still a few things to do. This doesn’t take away from your overall experience. The staff works hard to make it a great place and experience for you. They are friendly and always ready to help. Pool is great. The hotel is always clean room and all.」

「Service at restaurant wasn't great, first day we waites over 2.5 hours fornour dinner. Mext day at the grill, i was ignoresnfor over 15 min, then took over an hour to get our lunch. Appeared that service was only for people they knew as survice improved as staff gotbto know us. Two months before the trip, I had to cancel one night do to flight changes. Still waiting for my refund, despite many calls to both hotel and expedia. Its been 2 months. 」
