The room was great in terms of size and cleanliness. One recommendation: try to get the cleaning staff there a bit earlier (around 10-11 am). We had days in which the room was not cleaned until 2-3 pm.

We rate all the hotel staff 100%. We could not fault them at all. My partner suffered an injury at the end of our holiday and she was looked after by all. Everyone was caring and friendly. They could not do enough to help. She would like to thank everyone for their care and friendliness. The food was excellent, the meals we had in Casanova were the best we have ever eaten in an all inclusive hotel. It was fine dining at its best. Hotel, rooms and outdoor areas were spotlessly clean and well maintained.

We had an excellent 4 days stay in the Hotel. The only negative thing was the beach, too low, not a good beach. Sunset beach is good for relaxing and take beautiful pics, but the beach itself is horrible, unable to get in or swim. The staff super friendly and professional.
