"The round pool has a bartender named Oscar who refused to clean the bar counter after a couple of women laid across it for pictures. It is a swim up bar. I just wanted it wiped off because they had their feet up there and everything. Guess what, everyone avoided that bar after. Very disappointing. "

We liked the view from our room on the ocean However we were very disappointed by the food at the buffet and in various restaurants, it was not the quality expected and was less than average. We thought that drivers transporting guests on different places at the property were driving way too fast making it...

"Love everything about it. From location to service from food to activities. Food selections each day were delicious and although not mentioned in the description they offer a vegetarian substitution menu. Yoga was relaxing the area was safe and full of activities. "

"Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast was perfect. It's close to several restaurants, bars, cafes, and a grocery store. The beach and the main strip in Tamarindo are about a 10-15 min walk but we liked this as it kept it very quiet in the room. We stayed for 5 days without a car and did not feel we needed one. Felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel, which was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend "
