It was great having transportation set-up upon our arrival by the hotel! The property is beautiful, cozy & feels like home away from home. Breakfast with server Freddy was always a plus! He is kind, attentive & thoughtful in his approach to service. Big hugs to the kitchen staff who made such delicious breakfasts!...

"The pool was beautiful and refreshing, The Flores is so centrally located to all the bars and restaurants in Tamarindo we walked everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed Chippie the hotel cats company as well. "

"The swimming pool is huge, can easily accommodate scores of people. Rooms basic, but entirely sufficient for overnight stay. If staying longer, one might like to have a small fridge in the room, especially as no lunch services in the facility. (The two of us had a portable cooler that proved sufficent for out purposes during our one-week stay). Breakfast, dinner entirely satisfactory, the latter served 7-8 PM only. -- Price-to-room ration favourable"

"Well maintained and the property itself is quiet. The on site restaurant was nice and they make great breakfast and nachos. The a/c was quiet and efficient. Great location for beach access and every restaurant you can imagine. Farmers market nearby 2 days a week. Bring ear plugs for potential howler monkeys and the bar nearby that plays music until 2am. "

"The room wasn’t very clean, there was some garbage still I’m guessing when they cleaned didn’t sweep good or mopped. The sink had a drain strain and was dirty and it grossed me out because the water wouldn’t fully go down quickly. I didn’t even have a view through the window, it was high and covered with a lining so you couldn’t look outside. outside my room was an ugly area with a pile of dirt and black drapes, like they maybe remodeling or adding to the hotel.
