Staff friendly and facility maintained well. Room kept clean all week. Staff even were cleaning fan blades in exercise facility! Staff eager to assist to book restaurants or excursions.

Our family had an amazing stay at Mangroove Papagayo. The service was outstanding, and the property was absolutely beautiful. A huge shout out to Lindsey, she was professional, caring, and fun, and truly made our visit comfortable and memorable. A genuine five-star experience!

Pool was great, hot tub never would get warm but didnt spoil our time. Staff was always great and accommodating as well as the host. We had a problem with my partner's flight home. It was cancelled at the last minute. The Concierge Juan spent much time on websites and on the phone helping us. After a few hours the return flight and hotel stay were arranged. He saved the day.
Overpriced for experience, inconvenient connections between buildings and pool and restaurants, not enough activities, cannot swim in the pool. Poor service. Food is OK.

Quiet compared to past resorts we have been to. Activities/shows are not as impressive but the staff members were amazing. Not a large variety of restaurants but the food was great. Room service was excellent as well as housekeeping.
