「Beautiful, clean , nice staff」

「It was our first time visiting Costa Rica. The stay at Lucky bug B&b was nothing short of awesome. It's run by Rob and Monica who were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast is prepared by Monica herself, and she could be the best cook in town! The property itself is very serene, lots of birds chirping early in the morning. We truly enjoyed our stay in this little paradise. 」

「We had a great time at the property. It is a family owned property, very well maintained and managed. The whole family very amicable and friendly. Uncle gave us a free night tour in his garden which was really sweet and informative. Loved the breakfast aunty prepared. Only drawback is the road to property is broken however nothing can match to the great hospitality! Me and wife had a great experience and would recommend everyone to opt for stay at Jardin if you want have an experience of homely...

「Joel at the front desk was very friendly and amazing. Although we stayed only for one night, the hospitality we received was great. The breakfast was served on the table with plenty of items. Joel offered plenty of advice for visiting the national park, the general safety tips, etc. The views were breathtaking, wish we stayed longer. 」

「I can't say enough for what a great time we had at Kakao Lodge. I was skeptical at first since I usually like staying in my chain hotels that provide all the normal American comforts. But after staying here, my mind has totally changed. You can't describe how awesome it is to be able to see a half dozen different species of exotic frogs at night, or a sloth while eating breakfast, or tropic birds singing to you in the morning. And don't forget about breakfast. Everyday, we had homemade to order...

「My family talked about our wonderful stay here the entire trip. The grounds are incredible! I loved sitting in the rocking chair listening to the man-made waterfall, discovering the rock path with jaw dropping beauty at every turn and enjoying the refreshing pool. The hosts are amazing as well! They truly love showing the place. Breakfast was fantastic and they were so gracious to give us seconds on smoothies. If we are lucky enough to come back to Costa Rica, we know where to stay!」

「I stayed here for an overnight stop between La Fortuna and Monteverde, the hotel was better than I was expecting. Everything was great, a/c provided, was clean and comfortable and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again if I were passing through. Tilarán is quite a sleepy little town, not a great deal going on there」
