「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

Only one comment is that I wish the pool off of lobby was open to teens and not a topless optional pool to give more options instead of the family pool that got a bit crowded. 」

「The resort offers a great location - One hour from the airport, walking distance to the village and marina, right on the beautiful beach. Kids enjoyed making custom drinks at the bar, and loved the beach (no seaweed, clean white sand, amazing sunset every nights). Good food but limited selection. It’s a small cozy property with one pool and pretty much one restaurant. All inclusive was a way to go as everything at the resort is overpriced otherwise. 「Staff was extremely and extraordinarily helpful. A/C was not effective specifically when it’s hot. Also in the common dinning area. Had to sit under it. Lounging Chairs should be in the balcony and chairs in the room should be upright to drink coffee, Water bottles should be 2 at least for 2 people. Bathroom drain was clogging in our room. Hooks to hang clothes or towels. 」
