「Our stay as very good. The staff was very friendly, and for the most part, very helpful. The bartenders were quick to serve you and most of the drinks were solid. There were a few instances where the servers didn't execute on requests--cooking the steak to customer preference, forgetting drink orders, delivering alcoholic beverages when virgin was requested. 「We were looking for a clean place to stay while venturing out to explore the Guanacaste region including several national parks and many beaches, so this met our needs. The room was clean, air conditioned and had a kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise. If we were looking an all-inclusive resort type of stay, it would have been a colossal failure.
