「Great location, beautiful, modern rooms with big bathrooms, comfortable beds, spacious areas for storing luggage, etc. and terrific electric black out shades. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful garden in the back and easy access to parking garage and Old Port activities. Highly recommend.」

「私の部屋は4階でしたがエレベーターが無いので大きな旅行カバンの持ち込みは大変だと思います。トイレとシャワーが共用なので最大5部屋の人と使う事と成ります。これは古いホテルに泊まる条件みたいなものでこれも楽しむ気持ちがない人はおすすめ出来ません。 困ったのはシャワーがお湯が出なかった事です。 仕方なのでタオルで身体を拭いて我慢さました。」

「We only stayed one night, so we didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the hotels amenities. However, we received a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The grounds and property were beautiful, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.」

「Stay was great. Room suited our needs. My only complaint is that there were 3 of us staying in the room. After a long day of travel we all wanted to shower and discovered there were only 2 towels in the room. I thought perhaps they made a mistake and didn’t realize there were 3 of us when they cleaned the room. I mean 2 towels even for 2 people staying for 3 nights seemed inadequate. When I reached out reminding them there were 3 of us and 2 towels they stated their policy was 2 towels per room...

「Room felt musty and humid even when bathroom vent was on. There were insects in the bedroom (flies and moths). Breakfast was terrible. There are somethings you shouldn't eat even when its free.」

「Unexpectedly had to pay a $100 "deposit" supposedly just a "hold" not a "charge" not something I had planned for. Checking in about midnight after a delayed flight - quite a rude awakening. Reservation clerk was not friendly or personable - more like a cop! Room including bathroom was vey clean (small). I thought my reservation was for 2 queen beds - we got 2 double beds. Hallway carpet looks like it has seen better days. We did not use pool. 」

「Room was not clean at all. The floors were sticky, the bathroom had chewed gum on the floor, used bar soap in the tub, dirt in the tub, and potential dirty towel with blood in it. The room had an odor as well. The staff said they couldn’t help and just told us to email the manager. Not sure if this was isolated to just my room but would not recommend booking here」

「After many delayed flights, Kevin was able to send a can to pick us up at 1am. I didn’t catch the driver’s name but she was very kind. Similarly, the next day, we rode the shuttle back to the airport with a man who was very kind and knowledgeable about travel and places to visit. The property was clean, comfortable and safe.」

「The location was awesome! The games and pool table in the lobby were perfect for my teenager kids so they could stay up later and have fun. The parking was a bit odd, especially since you had to pay for it;)」

「Be aware of this place if you take a lap dog, they will frame and charge you for "dog poop". I have a well trained dog that has been traveling with me for years and has his own bed. This is incredibly infuriating they said there was dog poop in the bed. So where did my husband and I sleep? I even returned to the room because I left my car keys when checking out and I moved all the covers from the bed to find the keys. The male receptionist said he would send me the supposed pictures of the...
