They truly had everything you need for a relaxing stay in the desert at a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and professional, the free breakfast was fresh and abundant, and it was great to unwind at the restaurant at night after a long day exploring this incredible part of the world. This is an amazing and beautiful place filled with beautiful furnishings and common spaces. The spacious dining area with its beautiful wood furniture and table settings was unlike any place I’ve ever stayed. The included breakfast was lovely. Even though we spoke little Spanish, we were able to communicate as needed.

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please. Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations. I cannot say enough good things about The Place and would stay there again. The design of our suite was incredible. Unique, quirky, different, memorable. This is a great hotel that will ensure a memorable stay while in Valparaiso. Each hotel room is an adapted shipping container. All furniture in the hotel is recycled/repurposed from other uses. Great views from the room balconies, the breakfast area and the rooftop bar. The service was excellent and the breakfast offerings varied and great quality.
