「Whatever you do, stay somewhere else. You will hear everything, thin walls, thin doors, thin windows -- road noise, hall noise, etc. There was mold in our shower. There is only a thin glass door between the main room and the toilet - you hear everything. Water temperature of the shower varied depending on what was being used by others. Wi Fi was non-existent in the room, had to go to the main lobby to use it. The place surives by bringing in large tour buses. It was a really miserable...

「Everything stood out. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was so wonderful. The ambiance was to die for! Tucked away in the beautiful valley of puerto Natales, right outside the town amongst the farms, is this beautiful place. The staff were so warm and welcoming, bringing us a basket of fresh items for us to cook breakfast for ourselves the next morning.
