Theresa and Daniella were SUPER helpful. Great views of the water. Close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included and omelette was good.

Great staff especially Daniella and Vanessa. They made my stay pleasant. Suggesting places to eat and go around. I had a rather complicated stay arrangement as I did W Trekking in between stays but they didn’t mind to help with unique arrangements. Room is clean. Bathroom works perfectly. The hotel location is right by the shore. It’s very convenient to go to the downtown as well.

The staff is excellent. Their hospitality made our stay even better. The rooms are larger and very clean. The breakfast was good. We stayed one night before the W trek and they let us borrow hiking poles for $5 and store our luggage for a fee.

Staff were excellent. Daniela and Christina are friendly, engaging and helpful. They made for a fun stay. An improvement that is needed is in the bathroom design. Although modern and clean, there is inadequate countertop and shelf space. They should install some shelves, and add a in-room chair.

Room was neat and tidy, good shower pressure. The staff were welcoming, given excellent restaurant recommendations and also we had a discount for pole hire + leaving our bags for 3 nights. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs + the lady allowed us to take away x2 hard boiled eggs. Would book again!

Pristine is located close to the water front. You can walk to downtown and good restaurants are located near by. The place is welcoming, looks new, nice design and decoration. It is clean. Dani & Cris ate nice and helpful. Breakfast is good: cookies, bread, ham, cheese, milk, coffee, eggs... If you want something more rich you can go to the coffee house right in the corner. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back!

Pristine is located close to the waterfront of Puerto Natales and you can walk anywhere from the hotel. The rooms are quiet, big and new, the staff is amazing ( gracias Dani & Cristina). Breakfast is good (bread, cake, crackers, jam, coffee, milk, yogurt, ham and juice). I missed chocolate to add to my milk but I could go to the corner of the street to get pastries and hot chocolate at Darwin Pastries. Pristine hotel also kept my luggage while I was in Torres de Paine for a small fee. I had a good time at Pristine Hotel!

The property was extremely well kept and comfortable! Check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance of the water and downtown. Wi fi worked. Fyi.. there’s no TV in the room.

A small boutique b&b within easy walking distance to all areas. The staff were very attentive and offered various dining options. We met Jaco (owner) who shared his vision around the establishment of Pristine, following the Pandemia. He hand crafted and brought many artefacts from his ranch on the outskirts of Puerto Natales. A pleasant few days spent there allowing great access to Torres Del Paine.

Hotel super adorável! Estilo mais roots mas muito confortável e com tudo bem limpo e novo. Na chegada nos perguntaram se iriamos fazer a trilha da Base das Torres e que deixariam um café da manhã pronto pra gente mais cedo em função disso. Foi ótimo pois a trilha é longa e cansativa, então o café veio em boa hora.

Wow, what a great little hotel. Amazing views from the room, a very comfortable bed, and great water pressure in the shower. The included breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed with very helpful staff. My wife and I ran the Patagonia International Marathon and this was right next to the official race hotel so it was very convenient. Also, it was very close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. It was also a reasonable distance from the national park. We drove each day to Torres Del Paine and the drive was about 1.5 hours which wasn't bad. Even better the hotel had hiking poles for use to rent for 5000 CLP per day, which was great because they are required on some trails. Overall, this was a great stay and we had a wonderful time.

El hotel es muy bonito, la vista desde el cuarto daba al Fiordo y las montañas. La atención es increíble, siempre estan pendientes de ti, de los horarios de tus tours para que no te vayas sin desayunar. Nos sentimos como en casa. Está ubicado cerca de los puntos de interés de Natales como el museo, la plaza, restaurantes y tiendas. Mi unica sugerencia es que pongan cajoneras en los cuartos para tener mas espacio para acomodar la ropa.
