We stayed in the family room, the staff were so accommodating- really appreciated their help through the requests we had. Ground floor staff always greeted us with smiles and so much kindness. Room service was top notch, same with house keeping. Beds are comfortable and nice to sleep in.

The room had a distinct smell of tobacco smoke although it was a non-smoking room. The staff did try to neutralize the smell. The restaurant food and staff were good. The reception desk staff weren't among the best I have experienced in my travels. The room, restaurants and the hotel in general needs some modernization. Overall, this is a below par property for its pricing and rating.
