「Peaceful. I enjoyed every minute. Get up early and watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee or tea on the patio facing east. Putter around in the orchard, sit and read, lounge around in the shade in the afternoon. I often went for a walk to San Fernando, about 3 km or to the river, a little less and took in the sights.
