「ホテルの従業員が（レストランのスタッフも含めて）親切で気持ちのよい対応であった。木の温もりを感じられる客室は贅沢さこそないものの、アタカマの旅情溢れる町の雰囲気にも溶け込んでおり、印象的なものであると同時に、清潔感もあって満足のいくレベルであった。また、クリスマスイブの夜にクリスマスディナーを予約したが、家庭的な雰囲気の中で思い出に残る時間を過ごすことができた。（尚、ハウスキーパーにチップを残したが、2日とも受け取られなかった。）」

「The hotel staff re-arranged transportation to the airport within a few minutes, even in the early morning on Sunday. The booked shuttle bus was not shown up at 7am on Sunday. I need to take a flight at 9:30 to go back Santiago, I asked the hotel staff to contact shuttle bus company as well as to arrange another taxi. In a small town like San Pedro, it seemed to be quite difficult to find a taxi in such a situation, but the hotel staff could find a taxi finally. Maybe other hotels can do...
