「エクスカーションのガイドやアタカマ自体の魅力は素晴らしいが、 ホテルのフロントスタッフ（特に夜間）の対応が最低で、 非常に不快な経験をした。 実際比較したわけではないが、同地域ではかなり高価格帯であり、 朝食内容、レストランのサービス（遅い）、ホスピタリティ含め コストパフォーマンスもかなり悪いと思う。」

「素敵なお部屋でした。行程上シャワーを浴びて寝るだけになりましたが、特に不便はありませんでした。庭に出て見上げた夜空が最高でした。」

「Equipe atenciosa e prestativa para atender as necessidades do hóspede. Necessitei fazer um check in antecipado e eles prontamente organizaram um quarto pra mim. O restaurante do hotel é sensacional, assim como o café da manhã. Voltarei e indicarei aos amigos!」

「ホテルの従業員が（レストランのスタッフも含めて）親切で気持ちのよい対応であった。木の温もりを感じられる客室は贅沢さこそないものの、アタカマの旅情溢れる町の雰囲気にも溶け込んでおり、印象的なものであると同時に、清潔感もあって満足のいくレベルであった。また、クリスマスイブの夜にクリスマスディナーを予約したが、家庭的な雰囲気の中で思い出に残る時間を過ごすことができた。（尚、ハウスキーパーにチップを残したが、2日とも受け取られなかった。）」

「Accidentally I booked a 3-person room for 2 people instead of 3, but a woman quickly accommodated and I paid the extra charge. but the first night was a 2-person room. I later calculated the total after the extra charge and it was more expensive than the 3-person reservation on Expedia, but since I made the mistake, there was nothing I could do about it. Pros: All the staff are very kind. The room is cute and very clean. The towels are fluffy. There are many outlets, which is convenient....
