「Room fell short to my expectations, but it wasn’t terrible. Staff are very nice and friendly, especially Mr. Alfonso. Room was large, but you can tell that whoever designed it, the small details were not his strong side… No electricity sockets near the bad: they were too far from the bed, no regular cable will cover this difference, so impossible to be in bed, use your phone and be connected to the socket in the same time. Soap conditioners, are kind of falling from the wall near the sink. No...

「I know it is winter in Santiago. But it is hard to believe that the room was freezing (around 16 C) even the aircondition had been turned on into Maximum temperature for the whole afternoon. Furthermore, the hotwater in the bath room was not working. After claimed, the room service brought me a electronic stove finally. But didnt get hotwater until next morning. 5 star hotel? No way.」

「Buena localizacion, limpio」
