Friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at! Nice hotels can often be quite stuffy with standoff service - this hotel was so relaxed but so professional at the same time - it made my trip to Santiago really welcoming. Felt fantastic after staying here!

This hotel was incredible, and the staff was SO helpful and thoughtful. I actually returned here after my first stay because the staff was so attentive. The room is very comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely before heading out into the city. I also appreciated the gym space, and the spa was excellent. I had the best facial of my life. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will return the next time I visit Santiago.

An oasis of calm and elegance in the heart of the cosmopolitan city of Santiago, Chile. Our every wish was thoughtfully addressed and anticipated. Professionally dressed staff, who were professional, polite and courteous. The spacious rooms were the epitome of luxury following an active ski holiday. Located in a safe neighbourhood, walking distance to restaurants, museums and shopping, this is the only place to stay in Santiago. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and healthy with attentive staff.

The Singular offers a wonderful experience for anyone visiting Santiago. The staff are super welcoming, always willing to help with our queries. A lot of attention to detail and to making our visit a special occasion. The rooms are spacious and beautiful decorated, with tall windows which makes the space naturally illuminated. The rooftop restaurant was one of our favourites in Chile. Local ingredients prepared with care and outstanding flavour. We had a massage at their spa and it was fantastic. The staff at the spa is exceptional as well. Always welcoming and willing to help.

We were blown away at the quality of service, hospitality, and design of this boutique hotel. From the moment we got there to the moment we left, we were very happy and comfortable here! The beds were super comfortable, we were able to connect to streaming channels, the food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant + breakfast were out of this world, plus it is conveniently located within walking distance of many museums, eateries, and subway stations. While there is no parking available at the hotel, there is an attended parking garage across the street, which was very convenient. Highly recommend. We will be back!
