A wonderful stay near Immaculate Conception

A beautiful hotel and pool area. Wonderful rooms with all the amenities. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Food and beverage service was great. The concierge told us about getting to the Immaculate Conception and the Japanese Garden that were nearby.

Memorable experience

Thanks to Sheraton for making my experience so wonderful. The staff was welcoming and took care of all my needs. I also celebrated my dad's birthday and I am amazed at the attention to the details of this event.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was likely built in the 70s and the part I was in was outdated and the rooms very small given the cost. Also hotel is quite isolated from the city and not easy to access downtown.

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay here. Obviously the hotel is American in style, it did seem a little dated but the rooms were good, clean and with an excellent view. Check in was slow with a queue but staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed relaxing there, the pool food service was excellent though the towel service was poor and unfriendly. Signposting and information in the hotel seems to be lacking, we had to ask for the Club lounge and hunt down various other areas, we could not find restaurant menus online and the concierge could not offer us any when we were trying to decide where to eat. I am happy to give this hotel full marks as it is good and we enjoyed our time here but I do feel that some aspects would benefit from attention.

Housekeeping was inconsistent and thermostat temperature was not setting correctly despite of a technician examining and repairing. All Staff members were very helpful.

Early check in not provided even though I bought a high end room. Bathtub drain didn’t work. After the tub was full of water. The very nice and professional engineer fixed the mechanism but the drain was still very slow. Alternative room was at the back of the building instead of the view room with the malfunctioning drain.
