Amazing stay! The grounds are beautiful! Location is perfect, away from the main area but the hotel have a shuttle there and back. The food and drinks were lovely. The staff are fabulous - making us feel super welcome and taking the time to get to know us even over a short stay - they are a true asset to the hotel!

We have been to Bali many many times and this resort, the Alantara is by far the best and most beautiful Balienese styled rssort we have ever stayed in. The pool area is gorgeous, the Restaurant is fantastic, the buffet breakfast the best we have had from all over the world. The staff are so caring, they knew us by name, it doesn’t get much better than this resort. They have entertainment at night which was also fabulous when you want a night on. Thank your top notch service 🙏

I really enjoyed my stay here, lovely atmosphere with wonderful and attentive staff. Extremely clean, spa and gym were a plus as well. There was also a shuttle that made it convenient to get to beaches and Icon mall, although private rides are also easy and inexpensive.

Lovely property, we very much enjoyed our stay. The shuttle to near the beach was good. A pity this resort isnt closer to the beach as there is not much within walking distance and on the other side of a busy road. But we knew that when we went there and the resort itself was beautiful and everything really nicely done.

The hotel is very lovely. Staff are lovely and helpful. Its a bit out of the way but nice and quiet. The pool area is gorgeous. What i didn't like, paid for a very expensive buffet style dinner one evening, that turned out to be nothing more than cold satay sticks and rice and cake. Very poor value for 350000. Also paid my final bill and was charged a 10 dollar transaction fee....will need to follow-up with them rewarding that ..

Luckily there is a shuttle that takes you to the Sanur Strip, otherwise, the hotel would be isolated. The menu is very poor and the breakfast is uninspiring. The pool area is really nice and it's possible to get sun or shade. Helpfull service.

We liked this property and the attentiveness of staff. It's not in a very convenient area and it's pretty far from any beach or attractions. Worked well for home base to scuba out of a Sanur dive operation.

Fantastic week

We stayed for a week. Everything about the time we spent at the hotel was 5star. Breakfast is excellent, by the pool. The swimming pool is lovely and calm. there were sunbeds available everyday. We got a Gojek in the evening to go to a restaurant. There's a couple close by that are good for lunch but much more choice in Sanur itself. Staff were exceptional, room thoroughly cleaned every day.

Honeymoon Harmony

On our 12 nights in Bali between Seminyak, Ubud and Sanur, I can comfortably call this hotel my favourite. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with the outdoor shower a revelation. Breakfast had many options that changed daily and the pool was lovely. A shuttle into the centre for free is a nice touch and yes the hotel isnt central but a taxi cost the equivalent of £1.20 and was worth it for the peace, quiet and safety. If we ever passed through Bali again, this is where we'd stay
