"The unit smelled like must from one of the rooms having water damage quite badly. The carpets were water stained even out into the hall way. Someone’s attempt at covering the smell with incense didn’t help at all. The one room was completely unusable. The Jacuzzi tub didn’t hold water, the place had stained walls and was in general not maintained anywhere near what a unit of this price point should have been.
