I love that the hotel is right next to the SM mall, very convenient to shop for things we need, the breakfast buffet at Féria and at the 20th floor club lounge are super delicious. Most of all the hotel staff are very helpful, courteous, and super friendly.

it is old hotel but amazing the water pressure of the shower, i really like.. The pool also the best💖 But the front desk staff, sorry to say not Good for me

The only comfortable hotel near Kal-anan Cebu

I reserved one queen bed they gave us two. The showers were weak in power but hot and steamy. The place was quiet at night despite the bar on the premises. I have issues with roosters trying to wake me up. I use ear plugs but they didn’t work enough in Oslob. Perhaps I was tired. But not problems. Trike guys are the best guides. Don’t pay for the tours. The reefs were decimated by typhoon Odette so there is not much to look at. Canyoneering is fun though. And it’s the only way to see the upper...

This property was absolutely amazing. The staff was so nice and caring. We enjoyed 3 different massages at the spa and they were all different, thorough, and incredibly well done! We did the BiPolar excursion which was truly special, and got a driver (Raylen) for a city tour that created memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Great resort, can’t wait to go back! Thank you for everything!

Best staff. Best food. Comfy bed, clean rooms…carpet on the 12th floor needs replacement or deep cleaning. Food is amazing but hoping breakfast time can be extended to 11:30 or 12 noon.

I had a great time During my quarantine, staff are friendly and food was good It’s more than enough! Love the room so spacious and quite, and I love the rainFall shower. Would definitely come back in my next visit.

Very nice hotel, what I call a garden hotel. With large garden surrounding the hotel property. I feel like I am coming home when at this hotel. Very good security here. Very convenient to the Country Mall.

The service was outstanding. Especially the security. Orlando and his crew were very helpful with directions and transportation. The place was very nice. Except for the coffee. The food was good. The room was great too.

I checked in after office hours and did not receive the room I expected. But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. These units are perfect for long stays because of the compete kitchen and extra bedroom and bathroom. I will stay there again on my next...
