"Shangrila Mactan is the best resort that I have stayed! Room is perfect, has niece yard and seaview, plenty of dining options, wide variety of dishes during breakfast buffet, staff are courteous and friendly, beach is wide, swimming pool is perfect for kids and adults, has wide and beautiful front yard, lobby is also large. Even basic amenities are the best: tootbrush, slippers, bathrobes, towels. Overall 10/10"

"The room and barhroom are spacious. Sink is lower for adults but excellent in height for kids. Twin beds are not really comfortable but the king bed is excellent. Breakfast buffet is 7/10. Best thing about this resort is they have complimentary drinks on the minifridge: 2 canned juices, 2 canned beers and 1 dried mango."

"Food was excellent. Little things like properly cooking hard boiled eggs where thay are properly cooled so the yolk doesn't grey. Attention to detail. Access to mactan new town with a 100 p ride is convenient. Attentive staff. dislikes Resort restaurant prices are too high. Every room should have an ironing board without requesting it. Only 2 complementary bottle waters per day. Should be free within reason. 175 p for soda is insane. Beach is lacking. "

"Hotel facility/amenities and customer services is excellent. I stayed 3N and on my 2nd night I had written comments about the bath towels. I was pleasantly surprised that hotel management went over and beyond to make sure that my room is replenished with Snow White plush and soft bath towels with Fairfield by Marriott tags! "This hotel is a great find to stay in and enjoy the city. In general, the staff was very helpful and has good customer service. What I suggest is increase the water pressure in the handheld bidet to make it useful. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Bai Hotel. Their AC was superb!"

"Enjoyed my stay. Hotel is within a living community. I was able to do early morning jogs with locals which was a nice bonus. Pool mechanical filters were partially working. Thus only used the pool once. Too many particals. "

"Property is just next to a shopping mall which is very convenient for shopping. A lot of options for transportation is available. If you want to explore and and is brave enough to try the public transportation there is quite a few route that passes by the hotel. Taxis are also in abundance so its not a problem."

"Good airport hotel. Airport transfers were helpful and on time. The staff were all very friendly. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was not the best but fine for one night. There was a cafe/convenience store opposite the hotel too. "
