"After staying several different times here, the rooms are always incredibly clean and comfortable. The beach is not the best, considering the other beaches in the Philippines, but you don’t go to this area for the beach, but it’s quiet and only about a 1/4 mile walk."

"Whole building felt spotlessly clean. Restaurant had good variety of choices, buffet and à la carte like. Coffee shop in the lobby was fabulous too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi worked throughout the facility. Pool could be bigger but it’s in the city so. Overall we’d recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again if we come back to cebu. "

"Suppose to be a 5 stars hotel, but services provided, doesn’t support that; All times I went out of the hotel, or came in, there was NEVER a bellboy at the entrance, to help with the luggage. On the day of my arrival, I had to take out my heavy suitcase from the taxi’s trunk by myself, since there is no one out there to help you. If by coincidence they notice you from within the hotel, they would come to help, but in most cases, it is too late… Executive lounge is nice. One day everything was fine, the other day, they forgot to put spoons and tools, in order that you will be able to take some food from the display. Even after I told them, they took out some, but still some of the dishes were missing those spoons. Has to be a regular manual, that they go by, to control the quality of all regular operations. No envelopes or papers in the room, a standard in 5 star hotels. Other than that, it was quite nice."
