「ホテルではなくレジデンスで、タオルの交換などはありませんが、最初の日にたくさん用意してくれました。もう1枚ほしいと言うと出してくれました。キッチンのある部屋はバルコニーで洗濯物を干せました。フロントからタクシーを呼んでもらい玄関までつけてもらって乗ると最寄りの大型モールまでは１５００ペソでした。何軒かのホテルが入った地域専用の道路を使っていて、たぶん北側の道からしか入れません。ちょっと買い物に行く位で出かけるなら、守衛さんのいるところまで歩いてから探すか、海外esim ではなく現地でsimを買って現地の電話番号を使いグラブでタクシーを呼ぶと良さそうです。トライシクルは守衛さんのところまでしか来れませんでした。深夜に帰国したので最後の日にまたタクシーを呼びました。深夜でも同じ値段でしたが、チップをあげました。」

「Location was good, straight of the bat when i arrived que out the door for elevators as they have 4 elevators.. 1 is service one. 2 working and 1 was just not working.. all elevators need to be working for a 50 storey building. 2) pool area is nice but only 1 sun lounge needs 3) room where clean and cosy 4) front desk staff was average due to being non filipino. 」

「Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes...

「Everything was good, except for the noisy neighbor, and no hot water. Also it would have been nice if a microwave oven was there. One other thing, I thought it was a one bedroom condo, when in actuality it was a studio. Aside from everthing, it was a good place.」

「First let me start by saying Joaralyn was a great host. She made check-in and out very easy for us. Upon arrival the unit was very clean, warm and inviting. It also over looked the pool which we enjoyed using almost everyday. It is perfectly located, with grocery stores, coffee shops/restaurants all within walking distances. The major malls are just a 10 minute taxi ride away. We are already looking forward to going back and will definitely try to stay here again. Thank you again Joaralyn for...

"子供がプールを楽しみたいと言ってたので、数カ所の中からここを選びました。結果大満足の経験をする事が出来ました。５つ星に匹敵するホテルです。近くにコンビニが無いので買い物や食事の都度タクシー移動になりますが、セブはメータータクシーなので安心して利用できるから全くストレスフリーでした。有名なメルカドまで100ペソ位の位置関係です。少し山を登った所だから静かだし眺めも良いし、セブに来る機会がまた利用したいと思います。"
