"The resort is a beautiful and cozy sanctuary. The people around me were very friendly and attentive. 5 stars. I recommend this place if you want a more private, family oriented experience. The resort entrance is a good .5-1 mile from the public street, booking a transportation with them is a better option for transportation if you’re not planning to drive. Also, No food deliveries were allowed. If you brought food from outside, you consume it inside your room."

"well my stay at the Seda Ayala Hotel was simply amazing, I really enjoyed my vacation time there, Mr. Edmar, Mr. Jegger, Miss. Michelle, Miss. Donna, Miss. Shakira, Miss. Ashley, Miss, Sheila, Mr. Jay, Miss. Collin, and the rest of the hotel staff did and outstanding job for their hotel guests, I want to especially thank miss. Donna for my Hot morning Oatmeal, and Mr. Jegger for those hot delicious inspiring cups of cappuccino, every employee always greeted you with a worm smile and hello, the rooms are nice and comfortable and always clean, though after renovations in a couple of years, the hotel will be even more fabulous, my wormest gratitude to the entire staff, If you come to Cebu make the Seda Ayala Hotel your stay, right next to the mall, Thanks 😎 "
