"Front Desk staff was not helpful and were uninterested in helping or answering questions. Most interested in their phones. The AC was not cooling well and appeared to be somewhat dirty. I sent a message to the property. When I didn't receive a response on online I went to front desk and asked for help. The lady said she would send a request for maintenance. Two days later I received an e-mail saying I needed to call myself and request repair. My experience was there was no real interest...

Rokm was clean besides an ant problem which was promptly taken care of. Hosts were great! Very friendly, prompt to answer, and even dropped us at the nearby mall when we checked in."
