"Excellent staff service and experiences . A lot of things to enjoy just within the resort . The Chi Spa facilities are so impressive. The quality of “ massage “ done by staff can be improved that commensurate the expensive price . "

"It's an interesting location. Hidden at the back of the road, beautiful setting, peaceful up to a degree. Not so sure why they need the music blasting in the lobby. We can hear it through our door, in the morning. Little load sitting in the lounge. But it's still an amazing stay. We arrived in quite early from our 3 flights, trek across the world, and they let us book in early. While we waiting, we drank mango smoothies. The TV was all in Korean, so read instead"

"Very dated resort that clearly is not so popular any more. All f&b closes 8.30pm. no house keeping unless you explicitly ask. A lot of mosquitoes and no repellent. Pretty far away from everything worth visiting including restaurants. Better off staying in Lapu-Lapu."

I forgot to pack an adaptor for my phone, but the staff was quick to loan me one. Lastly, not going to lie, I also fell in love here…with one of the cats roaming the property. Strong recommend!"

"I booked this last minute due to a change in direction and although I thought I would hate this family hotel as a solo traveller, it was great. I loved that the beach area was quiet and the gym was empty. The room was standard layout and functional. For families this is a great hotel, lots to do! There are lots of events going on which can get quite noisy but they all finished at a decent time. My only negative would be - as a solo traveller they didn't expect this.
