"The property and area are beautiful, and the staff is amazing. However, my two biggest complaints is this studio is not a part of the resort. It’s owned by someone renting it out. The initial communication from the owner was rude, although it improved, I was still very displeased with some of the comments made. Personally I would choose a room that provides full transparency, because there was not full disclosure of the property in the initial booking."
