Areas for improvement: • The room was smaller than expected. • I waited approximately 30 minutes because the room was not ready at check-in. • The check-in time feels late and the check-out time early. "Clean room and facilities along with an excellent staff"

"The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order."
