"First could not find reservation, Waited over one hour and lady at desk had an attitude. Then taken to wrong room; no ocean view. Then moved to another building and it has a ocean view from 14th floor over a 1/4 mile away! No where near the beach; you have to walk to a open field and then pay to go on the beach. This is just old condo's that are empty and poorly managed and false advertising at the least. would NEVER recommend! Oh, and a $13.00 per hour early check in; charged for 2 hours even...

"Got two rooms, no hot water in either room, shower heads were plugged in both rooms no cable in one room and no wires to hook it up, the views were great, internet was great but the showers and hot water was an issues and before they say something about not being plugged in or turned on, I am a plumber and they were, they shower heads were so clogged that only a few holes allowing water through but with no pressure."

10/10 Excellent

"Sincerely amazing service and atmosphere. Everything was clean to a high standard, wonderful water pressure and temp control in the shower, great food on location. The highlights of my stay here were: I had one of the top three massages I’ve ever recieved at the spa. I regret not remembering my masseuse’s name but I was soooo relaxed afterwards. Breakfast buffet is amazing and had a great array of different cuisines plus lots of fresh fruit, and delicious sikwarte (local hot cocoa). The atmosphere is great, I love the way the facilities look with all the pools and the ocean behind the check-in area in the lounge."

"Overall amenities were excellent. Beach was a bit disappointing though — not sand but very small pebbles. Plus you can’t even swim. When we were there, there was also a big event with 500 people — loud music was playing in the early morning. People had access to the pool which somehow felt invasive to the checked-in guests. People were walking around and using the facilities and some were rowdy. Management should have allocated a special area for them so the privacy of the in-house guests could have been maintained."

"Avoid this property. It's a zoo packed with noisy children. Not even a single pool for adults only. Everywhere you go it's noisy. Floors are slippery with no warning signs. I slipped and not a single one of the staff even came over to check ed if I was fine. Took an hour to check in. The only hotel we've been that we have to line up on everything. Long line up to check in, to go breakfast, only 2 elevators for the whole property? We end up taking stairs to the 6th floor since it's quicker than waiting for the elevator. Deferred maintenance, rooms are dirty, towels smells. Look somewhere else not worth coming to this place."

"The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, everything was very expensive, from the food to the drinks—prices were almost comparable to those in the United States. The beach was decent, but not particularly impressive. It was quite small and offered limited space to relax and enjoy the surroundings."
